Shipping Policy
Orders generally ship within 1 business day of payment.
All products ship from Washington, USA, and we ship only within the USA. We utilize USPS for all shipping. Tracking information will be provided for your order if available.
Any exception or change to this policy will be noted on the main site page.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are not accepted, except in the case of damaged product, or product arriving not as described. We will not ship items that we know are damaged, and will make it right in case there is any issue caused during the shipping process, or some other error on our part. Reach out to kyle@inthepinestcg.com for any issues with your received product and we will get your issue resolved ASAP.
Refunds and cancellations are accepted prior to shipping, however there is a 3% cancellation fee to cover the payment processor fee from the initial transaction.
